I‘m a passionate landscape architect and designer with a widespread experience in sustainable development, eco-consulting, mediation and sustainability communication.
My knowledge of construction and project execution was enriched by sustainable ecology topics such as wildfire management, coastal erosion and strategies to dispel mass tourism with landscape architecture as guiding instrument.
I earned work experience in the private sector in Germany, Spain and Switzerland and spent one year at the European Commission in Brussels to gain knowledge on large-scale policy strategies.
Within the Joint Research Centre, I co-developed processes on Scientific Development and joined the core team of the New European Bauhaus (designing the design phase).
For the last two years I was back in the private sector, supporting the LAND Research Lab as Project Manager for Innovation, Consulting and EU-policy within the multinational Landscape Consulting Firm LAND Italia Srl in Milan. I developed tools to translate the green transition and contemporary European policy to the public audience and the teams in Italy, Germany and Switzerland. Furthermore I wrote applications for EU funding and worked on European projects, designed and performed workshops on urban development, wrote articles and photographed.
With my detailed and extensive experience I am currently searching for the best way to introduce and promote sustainable change for our built economy and environment. The most relevant skills I developed over more than six years of work experience are visual and written communication, project and team management, creative and sustainable problem solving as well as commanding four languages written and spoken.
I’m looking forward to apply them in the most impactful way within a new field of work and sector to keep learning and developing together.
